Our Staff

Joshua House LLC considers its staff to be the heart of the business. They are mainly family members and friends – each one a professional in their own right. Because each one has a share in the business, you can be sure that you will be treated with kindness, respect and dignity.

Staff2Marc and Amy Hendrickson (son and daughter) have been involved in the family business from the conception of our first home Wickersham House. Amy is the Administrator of Joshua House and responsible for the day to day operations. Amy holds a degree in business administration and has her CNA certification. Her compassion and commitment to the mission ensure that Amy can answer your questions about assisted living care.

Marc is our finance director and holds a bachelor’s in management. Marc ensures that we are in compliance with all State and Federal requirements and makes sure that the accounting is on time and accurate. Marc also has a heart for the mission which is what makes this family business so successful. Marc holds a degree in business management and is also a CFE (certified fraud examiner).

Staff1David and Tammi Fletcher (son and daughter in-law) have moved last year from Washington State to work in the family business. Tammi is our assistant administrator in Amy’s absence and Food Service Director. Tammi will meet with your loved one and make sure that preferences are addressed. Tammi also holds a CNA certification and has a heart for the mission. Tammi worked in long term care in Washington State.

David is in charge of maintenance and grounds. He is the one who keeps everything running and polished. The expansive grounds need constant attention and under David’s watchful eye immediate help is available for any maintenance issue.

SarahSarah Kramer is the daughter of the owner. She has been involved in the business for over 10 years and is currently the staffing and training director. Sarah has worked in long term care for about 13 years.

She holds a certificate from Bryman College in phlebotomy and has her CASP (certified aging services professional) from the University of North Texas. Sarah holds a deep passion for senior care and a heart to mentor those working in our homes.

She believes in giving staff the tools that they need to feel accomplished in their positions. Sarah also holds an MA (medical assistant ) certificate from Bryman College.
